What to expect

I understand that starting counselling can feel like a big step. Our first session will be a chance for us to get to know each other, talk about what brings you here, and see if we're a good fit. We'll talk through practical things like session times, confidentiality, and what you'd like to get from therapy. There’s no pressure, this is your space, and you are in control of what you share. If we decide to work together, we'll agree on a regular time for your sessions. I offer both short-term and open-ended therapy, depending on your needs.
